The new EXP2 design incorporates an integral ferrule into the front-end of the holder so there is no separate ferrule to lose! The replacement stems are also low volume/ low-dispersion, intended for many repeat uses and is available with various bed volume and custom packing options. Avantor ACE UltraCore solid-core (core-shell) particle columns are ideal for MS work offering improved signal intensity and maximum response. These columns combine high efficiency separations with low back pressure. The Encapsulated Bonding Technology (EBT™) greatly increases the ligand coverage of the silica surface and eliminates the effect of unbonded silanol groups on separations. This higher ligand coverage results in improved inertness, chromatographic performance and stability. Solid Core particle technology provides higher efficiencies per unit back pressure as compared to sub-2-micron UHPLC columns. Columns combine the proven advantages of UHPLC and HPLC columns with Solid Core Particle Technology. Solid-core columns can be used on both UHPLC and HPLC systems. Excellent peak shape and phases stability with extended pH. Highly inert, ultra-low bleed, designed for use with LC/MS compatible buffers. 2.5 and 5 µm particle sizes available.

The GTxResolve Premier SEC 1000Å, 3 μm, 4.6 x 30 mm Guard is manufactured with low adsorption MaxPeak HPS hardware and novel bridged ethylene HO-PEO particles to support high recovery analyses of 200 to 800Å diameter GTx drugs, such as mRNA, LNPs, and viral vectors. The optimized 4.6 x 30 mm Guard is to be used with both 4.6 and 7.8 mm ID analytical columns to ensure ensure long column lifetimes.

Avantor ACE HPLC columns are available in a wide range of bonded phases (including C18, C18-AR, C18-PFP, C18-HL, C8, C4, Phenyl, AQ, CN and Sil) - Note C18-HL is 95 A. Avantor ACE HPLC columns are available in 3, 5 and 10 um particle sizes and a wide range of column IDs and column lengths including nano, capillary, microbore, analytical, semi-preparative and preparative formats. All Avantor ACE columns are known to deliver excellent peak shape and verified batch to batch reproducibility. Columns are packed in 275 bar HPLC hardware.
